Bingöl University Rector Prof. Dr. Erdal Çelik visited Fırat University and the Digital Transformation and Software Office. Within the scope of this important visit, views were exchanged on the development of cooperation between the two universities and the projects carried out in the field of digital transformation. Rector Prof. Dr. Erdal Çelik was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş, Rector of Fırat University, Prof. Dr. Murat Karabatak, Head of IT Department and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ulaş, Digital Transformation and Software Coordinator.

During the visit, detailed information was given about the software projects, digitalization studies and academic innovations carried out at Fırat University and Digital Transformation Office. Office coordinators and expert software teams made comprehensive presentations about 46 software projects. At the same time, important steps were taken to develop inter-university digitalization strategies and initiate joint projects.

While this visit enabled the two universities to share their common vision in the field of digital transformation, it was also an important start for future projects.
